Cameron Johnson is the Chief Executive Officer of Auxesis, where he leads the company’s vision to transform leadership from the inside out. A graduate of the Grassfire Leadership Excellence in Practice (LEIP) Program, Cameron combines strategic insight with practical, real-world experience to help individuals and organizations grow with clarity, accountability, and purpose.

Before stepping into his role as CEO, Cameron built and scaled the Cam Johnson Insurance Agency and served with distinction in the United States Marine Corps, completing two combat deployments and earning the Purple Heart. His background in both business and battlefield leadership gives him a rare ability to lead through complexity with resilience and integrity.

Cameron is passionate about redefining what modern leadership looks like. Under his direction, Auxesis focuses on equipping leaders, teams, and high performers with the tools and frameworks they need to grow not just professionally, but personally. His leadership style is direct, values-driven, and rooted in the belief that lasting transformation begins with emotional courage and genuine accountability.

Shawn founded a tax strategy firm where he helps individuals and business owners take control of one of the most significant forces shaping their financial lives, taxes. With a strategic, forward-thinking approach, he reframes tax planning as a leadership and life-design tool rather than a reactive obligation. His work centers on clarity, structure, and long-term sustainability, enabling clients to make confident decisions that align with their personal and professional goals. Moreover, he is focused on helping people move from short-term thinking to intentional strategy grounded in accountability and foresight.
